Sorry it took forever, i have been sick... anyway i wanted to make this look nice, but i also wanted to get it done in a timely manner so i could start RPing already.... onto my character Viktor.

BioIn combat, Viktor ranks with the best. He is a nice guy but he puts up a 'tough guy' front so people don't think he has gone soft. Despite his efforts to suppress his emotions, they often get the better of him. when he get embarrassed his face turns bright red. and he can speak German.

EXTENDED BIO
Past- Just a bit about his past: when he was 3 or 4 his father<he never knew his mother> sent him to a military training camp/academy in Isshu / Unova. before he left his father gave him the red beret.Viktor has not seen his father since and presumes he is dead. His scarf was originally his favorite blanket. he kept carrying the blanket around until people started making fun of him for it. at that point he sewed it into a scarf and still wears it to this day. At the camp he learned from the best in the fields combat, botany, and special E.S.P. training. He has always been an outcast because he doesn't trust people but since he has come to PP he has vowed to turn a new leaf and try to be more social.

Present- He is very insecure about his masculinity. he will try to act tough and manly when other people are around but he really is still just a kid at heart. On more than one occasion he has been asked about his sexual orientation;he not gay or bi and if one more person asks him he is gunna go berserk. he has never gotten along well with other guys and for reasons unknown, the vast majority of his friends are girls.(vast majority being all 3 friends he has ever had before he came to PP).he tries to act chivalrous and heroic whenever possible.

-In combat his greatest advantage is his unmatched agility. he uses his speed to close the distance from special attacking Pokemon and to keep his distance from physical attackers.

-Summons a thick swarm of insects which he uses to attack the enemy, could himself in bugs<to decrease visability >, and use as substitutes. his favorite attack because of its versatility and high pp.

-an ancient ninjitsu technique that was passed down to him by his mentor{ninjask}

-His combat knife is coated in a powerful neurotoxin that badly poisons whomever it cuts >

-With telepathic power he reads his opponents mind he reads their next moves. he only uses this attack when he is in a sticky spot, because he doesn't like going into peoples minds.
[Extreme Risk]
-His single most powerful attack. he delivers a fast and powerful punch, transmitting his soul's energy to his opponent in the form of bone-crushing force; However after using this attack he is left without any strength.
[Sandstorm]
-congers up a sandstorm to cloak his surroundings in sand.
His combat style is to poising his opponent, then evade their attacks while the poison slowly kills them.
